Implement a media event and marketing for new products launch for the Taiwan Trade Association based in Los Angeles and Taiwan at Denver’s first Outdoor Retailer Summer Show on Monday, July 23, 2018.  The four businesses showcased included Evertex Fabrinology, Singtex Industrial, Tex-Ray Industrial and Toung Loong Textile who worked in tandem with the TAITRA team and PR team to showcase current products at the event, with a focus on dedication to sustainable materials and manufacturing processes. 


TAITRA was recognized as a Silver Sponsor with negotiations made on their behalf by Aguilar PR with the Outdoor Retailer Association, which included presence at the media preview day on Sunday, July 22 as well as advertising.

The launch event on July 23 showcased four companies, who were part of Taiwan Excellence, showcasing products with attendees during the event.  For the first time, it also included a fashion show with models from the Denver-Metro area displaying some of the products during the presentation to about 40 attendees from media and vendors attending the Outdoor Retailer Show.

Attendees included members of the media, vendors and some local organizations from the Colorado area, including Conservation Colorado, who was instrumental in bringing the Outdoor Retailer Show to Colorado from Utah.  The release issued through PR Newswire on July 24 had a total pick up of 228 postings by news outlets with a potential audience of 82.8M.  The advisory promoting the event on July 17 had a total pick up of 234 postings by news outlets with a potential audience of 82.8M.

As Evertex’s Tony Yeh put it during the product showcase: “We have taken from the earth, now everything we do from consumer products that come off of our bodies into a landfill to how we manufacture those products is important – not just to us, but to those we do business within the U.S.”
